Convertfy is a landing page analysis tool that uses artificial intelligence to evaluate and provide conversion optimization recommendations. The service analyzes URLs provided by users and generates reports with scores, diagnostics, and improvement suggestions.
3. User Account
To use our service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Credit Usage
Convertfy operates on a credit system. Each analysis consumes one credit. Purchased credits do not expire and can be used at any time. Credits are non-refundable after purchase, except as required by law.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payments are securely processed through our payment partners. All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes. Refunds will only be considered in cases of proven technical failure that prevents use of the service.
6. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Convertfy. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Convertfy provides analysis and recommendations as an auxiliary tool. We do not guarantee specific conversion results. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service.
